This I have to agree with. I worked with a guy at Hughs Aircraft who
was a Senior Scientist (he designed the some of the electronics for the
Pioneer Space Craft...), and he doesn't even have a high school
diploma...although, I am glad I got my degree, I try not to judge others
that don't have one. Another local company is demanding a Phd EE for
doing what I consider to be just grunt work....I also worked for a guy who
had several PHds...he wanted to do something that was totally off the wall
and suggested a much better way to do it...his response..."Do it my way
because I am know more than you..."....of course, my way worked better....
