[sdiy] Wire Colour coding

Actually, I've seen a different system used in Japan. I think blue was +V,
green was -V, and so on. In the U.S. you could probably find something from
ANSI or IEEE that might have a color code standard. I've typically seen red
for +V, black for GND, white for -V. In Japan I would guess JIS, and Europe
might be DIN. I'd be interested in finding out just what the industry
standards are.
