Jim,

I would say that you are a pretty good candidate. Someone has to win the
lottery. The main downside for you is that the description implies that he
is looking for a youngster, with the fundamentals, not too experienced, and
trainable in his ways.

My experience is that engineers are most productive when they share in the
financial success of the company.

I get seven weeks off each year. At this point in life, I wouldn't trade
that away.
