I have a few on hand here, but I actually only need the one
for the snare sound. This could be replaced with a more
basic noise source, but the 76477 produces a very "crunchy"
noise, perfect for a snare.

This is a great suggestion, and one that I have considered.
I have designed the EGs and VCAs so that the sound *does*
change depending on the strike strength, in volume and
duration. When I get to the cymbal circuitry, however, I do
plan on using multiple pick-ups for a larger range of
sounds.

Thank you for the feedback!

Take care,
Doug
