[sdiy] decoupling capasitor...

Hi.

I'm doing a layout with some Philips PCA9555 and SAA1064 chips...
Wondering about the decoupling of these...Specs for chips :

PCA9555 :
Operating voltage +5V
16 I/O pins with a input of 0.5 mA per input pin.
totally 8mA.. +- a bit due to resistor values... so lets say 12mA at the
most..
SAA1064 :
Operating voltage +5V
16 bit led driver, with a load of 10 mA, 50mW...

The power is from a 7805 regulated power supply...

Since this is one of the first designs where I use chips that haven't
specified the decoupling, I'm a bit blank....
