  Actually, I have a work-in-progress on building an 'M' board (used in 
Yamaha CS-50/60/80) but comprised of standard parts and not Yamaha 
IG-series custom ICs.  It only has one VCO, but otherwise has HP and LP 
filters, two EGs and four VCAs.  While intended to be a drop-in 
'work-alike' in an actual CS machine, such a card could be configured to 
run off of a modern key assigner.  My prototypes are built on boards of 
the same form-factor as Yamaha TF-1 modules, two voices per board.  Eight 
boards plug into an MRF08 or a generic "TX-Rack" and, once I get the 
PICcode sorted out, will work off the common MIDI of the MRF08 frame.
