The smallest one that I've personally seen was about 0.3mm on the 
outside. I don't have good memories on that one, because it was used to 
flush a root canal in one of my teeth after the nerve had been pulled...
The narcotic seems to have had a bad influence on my consciousness, 
'cause I didn't ask the doc to give me the syringe for desoldering the 
really fine stuff. ;-)
