Connect the control inputs to vdd or vss, whatever is easier in your
layout. Connect in's and outs to vdd or vss, whatever is easier.
The only combination to *avoid* is control = vdd and both sides
of the switch connected to different voltage. Now I presume the
chips woud even survive _this_ (current limiting), but current
consumption would be unneccesarily high. (;->)
