	The switch i/o pins it doesn't really matter.  You can float them, or 
connect them to some voltage that is between Vdd and Vss...however, make 
sure they are all connected to the same voltage, otherwise the smoke 
might try and make an escape from the package.  I just leave them 
floating myself.
