[sdiy] Power one HBB15-1.5-A

Thanks All for your help.  2 jumpers later and I have a nice clean +/- 15
volt power supply.

I can't seem to figure out how to get this supply to output +/-15 volts
instead of +/-12.  The instructions aren't very clear.  Has anyone else had
experience with this power supply?
