[sdiy] Power one HBB15-1.5-A

Right, I've got a different model, but it's probably the same situation.  I've
got the HAA15-0.8-A, which was advertised as being configured for +/-12 volt, but
could be switched to +/-15V volt operation.  It was bought surplus (working off a
tip Harry posted some time back).  When I got the thing, it was actually
configured for +/15 Volt operation.  This may explain why some people were able
to just adjust their voltages in with a trimpot(?).  

I haven't actually hooked it up, and I'm not around the thing right now to look,
but IIRC, on the heatsink it told which jumpers to cut for +/15V and which taps
to use for different mains input voltage.  I saw a pic of one in use on Tony
Allgood's site, which helped me to understand it a little better.  Still haven't
applied power to it, though.  To many irons in the fire without starting another
one =-).
