I actually stumbled across this link yesterday:

I haven't done any business with them, but they are a PCB prototyping firm
located in the USA. They have board design software available for free
download, and it can be used to link to their internet site, and place your
board order when you're finished with the design. It's probably a lot like
the PCBPool service, but you would have to read the details and see if it
offered what you really want.

I'd like to know if anyone on this list has dealt with them, or knows of a
better place to have small numbers of boards made.
