[sdiy] PCB Pool CAD software: Target 3001

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if there's a comparable service in
the states?  Although I could probably get in to the PCBPool thing, I'd
rather avoid the intercontinental shipping (and customs) hassles if I can.
