[sdiy] inductor based distortion

	The characteristic "nice" distortion of the most revered mic
preamps is due to a large extent from the transformers they use, so there
is certainly some basis for that idea. I don't know that it's a large
amount of distortion, usually it's on the level of "coloration" more than
anything, but depending on what you want that could actually be better.
