Not at all....

Plate voltage is 105v, won't kill you. Just don't
expect more than about 2 1/2 octave range.
You also get better linearity if you get rid of the
cathode follower CV driver and replace it with an
opamp. It has to drive the thyratron grid thru
a 10k resistor, and it needs adjustable voltage gain to
compensate for the variation in thyratrons.

I can help with adjustments.
