  Hello Ryan,
  The sense connections help the power supply maintain a stable output voltage and also compensate for losses in long cable runs from the power supply to the distribution board.
  Ideally, the sense connections should be connected to the power rails at the distribution board but can be connected at the power supply if you want to reduce cable runs.
