AD9833 20mW, 10-pin, 25MSPS is the smallest one, with only 28-bit frequency resolution (0.03Hz at 8MHz ref. clock).
AD9862 has 16 pins, takes more power (6 times) but has better frequency resolution (32-bit) and other neat features like PSK and FSK inputs.
Whole AD98xx family looks good.
