The guy who's designed/delivered the PCB's is Thomas from
http://www.anyware-instruments.de/ (also in english) but don't
bother him to ask for ready made PCB's, 'cause after 2 rounds he isn't
planning to do another one.
If one needs a PCB there are places where they can make it for you. It is
not that cheap but you get a proffesional quality and you don't have to
drill all the holes yourself.
