Hrm. Havent had any trouble with Assembler or C on them. They are
*extremely* fast if you dont ask too much of them, which is exactly what
I use them for. And the $2 price of an SX28, $6 for a SX52 both seem very
cheap to me.

Perhaps you should waste more modern time on it. After all, there was a time
when Atmel was a joke because there were no Dev tools....
