Depends on your sound card. Normally, by recording the Wave output (pretty
obvious, huh? :-)

> 2. Capture the MIDI stream to a .MID file??

Depends on your operating system. In general, you'd need to reroute the
program's MIDI output to a sequencer's MIDI Input. Have a look at MidiYoke
(www.midiox.com) for a generic (and free) solution for practically all
current Windozen.
