[sdiy] Midi help

Hey,

Okay, so I have this VB program that produces 4-part
tunes by sending MIDI commands out to the ether. I
have the midi stream going to the soundcard midi synth
right now (barely tolerable). How can I:

1. Make an audio recording of the midi synth output
(without an external recorder, that is)

2. Capture the MIDI stream to a .MID file??
