[sdiy] Dinsync.com ASEQ1 Sequencer anyone?

Nope, no resets. I checked and tried different midi clock sources and
this step 0 is always at the beginning. It is the only "step", if you
can call it that, that plays at the loop selector position 1. Again,
support at dinsync.com tells me this is normal and "useful for dance
music". What the heck are they talking about?

Does anyone know the person/people behind dinsync.com because they have
stopped answering my emails.

Previous experiences have always been positive with dinsync.com's other
clever devices, but this is just plain silly.
