No. The transformer in the synth will be slightly less efficient, at worst.
It is very, very rare to see a 60 hz transformer fail to work properly
with 50 hz, or vice versa.

I send Metasonix stuff to Europe all the time. Each module
has a 60 hz transformer in it. People run them on 50 hz
and report no problems.
