[sdiy] Aftertouch via Pressure

For my wind controller I used a 0-1 psi Si pressure gauge from 
SenSym/ICT/Honeywell, part # SDX01G4, available from Digikey.  They make 
even lower pressure units, but Digi doesn't have them.  Here's where to 
look for other options.

I don't know how much pressure you are going to be able to generate with 
your method.
