I think I'll build a special synth in your honor. As soon as you play,
tweak, or adjust anything; the power and volume controls will disappear for
the duration of the session.   :)

Seriously though, with some *intelligent* planning, this type of interface
shouldn't be such a big ordeal. I do agree that a lot of computer GUI's
abuse or misuse the concept.
