[sdiy] Idea for tuner/display

Ungo,

Could this not be used for the synthesizer as well?  Could it not convert
pitches from the synth to midi notes instead of a flute?  I would be very
interested in such a circuit if indeed it could be used for this.

This would allow events generated on an analog machine to be recorded by a
sequencer program such as Digital Performer.
