[sdiy] Source for bantam/tt plugs?

Recently an ADC 144 point patchbay (model number JB4/24M) arrived :-)
...which I was expecting to have 144 1/4" jacks.  Instead, it has 144
bantam/tt jacks.  Can anyone kindly recommend a source of reasonably
priced bantam/tt balanced plugs?  Looking around the net, thus far I'm
not finding any that seem to be anywhere near reasonably priced---they
seem to range from about US$6 to US$23 each, which seems like highway
robbery.
