[sdiy] New circuits added to my DIY page

I've been doing some thinking lately, the results or which have been added
to my DIY circuits page.  I've added a second Boolean function design (much
better than the first), an LF398-based sample and hold with both a stepped
and an adjustable smooth output and a device I recently concocted called the
three stage event timer.
