Could you please help me with the following problem?  I have a FatMan that I
am triggering via CV/gate with a Moog Taurus I modified with CV/gate
outputs.  The Taurus provides a linear CV output of, for example, .65 volts
to 2.6 volts, or two octaves.  The unit has range and scale adjustment pots
to change octaves if necessary.  I would like to perform a mod on the FatMan
that either 1) converts the CV output to exponential, or 2) converts the
CV/gate outputs to MIDI note on/off.  Please advise.
