[sdiy] Another TB3031 board run

Hi all,

I don't normally bother the list with 'Oakley stuff' these days, but I
thought that this might be useful to some of you.

The Oakley TB3031 board is being offered again after being out of stock
for quite some time. The board is quite expensive to make because of its
size, so I tend not to carry stock of this board all year round. Another
limited run of 25 boards has been ordered for the last week of January,
and I am now taking pre-orders for this board right now.
