[sdiy] Polyphonic issue revisited.

I have a PDF of a Mostek MK50240 data sheet and it has _hand_ marked notes.
Pin 1 Vss is marked "+15" and pin 3 Vdd is marked "G".
Without those hand marked notes, I'm afraid that I would have connected it backwards.
