din jack
There was a programmer panel briefly made by Geoff Farr that I BELIEVE used
this jack (it may have gone through MIDI, but I don't think so). I know the
Farr name mainly because he was the guy who did the cut-down road-worthy
Hammonds for the ELP "Black Moon" tour. This panel basically provided knobs
and switches for the most common 6R parameters. Unfortunately, this item was
rather expensive and rather rare. Also, it didn't have controls for ALL of
the 6R parameters (I think that would take a pretty huge panel). Something
like this would be a pretty cool project, but I've never seen any info about
the remote jack (and the M6 keyboard version doesn't have this jack).
Perhaps a 6R service manual might have more info.
