[sdiy] Re-CAP a minimoog

That's just the potentiometer - that's quite normal in an such old device.
They pretty much get better when they are just used (as long as nobody
messed around with them). At least my original Minimoog does that.
So give them some dozens of full turns - on mine it got better.
