[sdiy] jx3p/gr-700 midi in

just wondering if anyone has good scans and/or photos of the midi in on the
roland jx-3p, or even better, any infomation on the midi in mod for the
gr-700. since the guitar signal is converted to midi, im assuming that at
some point before the synth the guitar is in place of the midi in. if anyone
could be of any help, thanks.
