[sdiy] Korg Polysix repair pains

So, after doing quite a few Polysix repairs sucessfully, I've got one thats
being a real pain.

Controls are all extremely sluggish. The data coming off the chip for the
4051 select lines is very slow and doesnt look any different at the chip, CN11
on the KLM367, or at the 4051's on the front panel boards. The clock at the
test point seems to be correct ( giving the state of my scopes calibration,
it looks *close* to 20ms ).

This is by far the worst Polysix I've worked on. I've got via's 2" away from
the battery that were complete toast. The CPU socket had serious corrosion
around all of the pins on the Pin 40 corner.

The patch section seems to respond crisply. Its just the sampled knobs that
are sluggish.

I'm betting that somewhere I have missed a via, but I figured I'd ask.

Thanks.
