[sdiy] Supercontroller PCB Layout

I've found a copy of that issue in my office (first thing that's gone right 
this week!), and made a scan of the image -- it's a 343K bitmap file.
For some reason, I'm currently unable to upload it to my web page, so all I 
can do is offer to email it to anyone who wants it (maybe somebody who can 
successfully post it?)
