My book is the same way, however I think the traces are visible enough to
recreate the board with some work.

Paia only has xeroxed back issues available, however on Ebay there are two
people selling Lots of Polyphony Magazine both of which have the issue
in question.   Maybe I'll bid on them.  A little high, but I like that
Vintage of Polyphony...
