MIDI to Korg MS-10 Adaptations Re: [sdiy] midi2CV

The midi jack 1can be used when it's connected to the EG/EXT input of the
VCO.  See here for details:

The MS-10 has a simple expo converter to convert this signal to Hz/Volt. The
Midi jack 2 uses the normal CV input of the MS-10.
