Regarding silk screening:  Don't try this at home!

The process is too hard to explain here, but is the same thing used for
tee-shirt art and a lot fo fine arts prints.  Do a googel shearch, it'll
teach you all about it.


Further, every time I've done one-off silk screening through a pro, it all
ends up flaking off within  two months.  Stick to Photo sensitive aluminum -
also something you can't do at home, but is farily cheap and wil never come
off.
