Scott,
You know, MOTM makes really great equipment - but mentioning it in the
context of this string about Scott handywork is off topic -and- THIS
ANIMATOR CIRCUIT YOU MADE IS SCREAMING!!!!!!!!!

Paul Schreiber at SynthTech is planning on a waveform-animator-like device
as well, well.. not exactly. Actually it's a group of 8 detuned VCOs on
steroids. It offers MUCH more than would be expected, in typical synthtech
fashion.

I may never actually build the next generation Obesifier; I've already got 3
waveform animators of some form or another. I've dabbled (see, I'm a
dabbler, too) with the idea of offering a PCB, and this is a unique and
interesting enough circuit that it may be worthwhile. Cynthia at
Cyndustries at one time was talking about doing an MPWA. Yo! Cynthia! Is
that still in the works?

Sounds phat!
It's very interesting for a dilettante (dabbler) like myself to observe this
process. Starting with a design from a magazine article, you made your own
module, tested it, and immediately you've got the next generation planned.
Fascinating stuff.
