If you have the money to buy a NordLead3, I should go for the NordLead2 
and a Virus, because they complement each other very well.

Another option is to wait a little and take a look at the Clavia G2, 
which will be released beginning october... (Which doesn't mean it will 
be widely available) I highly recommend this option!

BTW there are list dedicated to these synths, so take a look at Clavia's 
and Access's web site (links). This is more a list which smells like 
melting solder :-)
