[sdiy] Coloured Stripe Polyester Capacitor Values-

Hi list!- I've got some old organ pcbs with lots of polyester film caps that have coloured stripes to designate their values- I'm assuming that to read them, I read them like resistor colour codes- is this correct? Also, does anyone or can anyone point me to any web info concerning this- I've tried, but cannot find!
