[sdiy] way OT - need tek tm506 help

Just received a tek tm506 from UPS and can tell that they didn't take 
too much care in shipping it.  there is a jumper that popped off in 
shipping and i'm not sure where it goes.   there is a bank of 4 sets of 
4-pin  jumpers looking like this (x = pin):

          x        x         x        x
RED   220v     BROWN   120v

          x        x         x        x

          x        x         x        x

          x        x         x        x

This is looking from the back of the machine to the interconnect board 
with the top off.  jumpers are located in the top-right side of 
interconnect.

the jumper that fell off is red (perhaps 220v jumper)  and jumps the 
two outside pins (1&4?).  The second row is jumped with a brown jumper 
jumping pins 1 to 2, 3 to 4 like such:

RED   220v     BROWN   120v
          x ----x        x---- x

          x        x         x        x

          x        x         x        x

does the brown jumper set the power in the second row?  more 
importantly, where did the red jumper come from?
