[sdiy] MS20 Fc Pot Replacement Help

[Bad Data]

I am having trouble figuring out what pot I need to get to replace a broken one on a Korg MS20. It's the Freq Cutoff one that broke (surprise surprise) Labeled R115 on the circuit board, and on it is 'M100K[Om]B'

I feel a little lost looking through the digikey catalog. Could someone help me out with this? A part number suggestion would be VERY appreciated, or failing that, a little general info on potentiometers.
