[sdiy] LFO sync

i had been looking at building an LFO, and came across the korg ms20 lfo
schematic. in order to add sync, i'm guessing the integrating cap needs to
be discharged, and the schmitt trigger needs to be set high (or low) to
ensure the waveform starts from the same point.

has anyone tried adding sync to this circuit? how exactly was this achieved?

also, depending on whether the schmitt trigger is set high or low,  i'm
guessing the sync could start the output wave positive going or negative
going (cant think of a better way to put it atm). thought a switch could be
a useful feature.

has anyone tried this? any thoughts?
