[sdiy] Suggested TOC for synth-DIY "book"

Hear, hear! The simpler we keep it, the more likely
it is to get done. I'm reminded of the person who
described his aircraft as "a collection of hardware
flying in loose formation". That is the spirit of
DIY!!!
