[sdiy] Schematics & Plans for TR-626 / 505?

I just picked up a TR-626 for the purpose of doing
some circuit bending.  I am wondering if anyone
has pointers to 626 schematics and manuals, and if
there are any good sites which suggest particular
mods to the 626 that are interesting.  I'm thinking
about doing the same with a 505, so if anyone has
505 pointers, those would be cool, too.
