Hi Michael,

Excellent idea!

there are a couple of link lists already, but these have all in common
that the people who once compiled them are too busy to maintain them or
people just don't report dead links. Hunting down websites that moved or
eventually dissapeared can be a full time job. Your idea would place
that burden on to the people who are linked.
