Hello list,

This is my 2nd post from Japan. :-)

I have a question about the value of anti-log TEMPCO resister.
I'm using 2kohm resister now. But, referring to vintage design
like ARP ODYSSEY, the value of 1.87kohm is used.
Could some one on this list kindly tell me where this odd value
 come from?

I have some chip TEMPCO resisters, but it is difficult to mount
on prototype PCB, so I'm going to order lead type TEMPCO resister
 to one resister manufacturer.
 But I can't decide I should order 2kohm or 1.8kohm now.

 Please advise. Thanks!
