I have never tried to make a 1/X (divider) circuit, but I think the AD633
data sheets show how. Fortunately you won't be asking it to divide by zero ;D

I think you can do this wiht a pair of AD633, one for multiply, one for divide.
Unless you have MUCH more time than money, I don't think a 3080 would be the 
best.
